I spent the evening with Kennedy last night while her mom painted my kitchen…  she kept me thoroughly amused.  Better than a comedy show.  

Here are a few of the highlights from the evening – believe me, there were many more…

Kennedy: I’m going to be seven
Aunt Kathy: Wow, really? Seven, you are getting so old
Kennedy: Yes, and when I’m twenty, you will be dead.

Aunt Kathy: Kennedy, you are so funny.
Kennedy: No. I’m funny and cool.
Aunt Kathy: Yes, you are.
Kennedy: I’m funny and cool and a bragger.
Aunt Kathy: What do you brag about?
Kennedy: My  boyfriend, like I say, “Hey, my boyfriend is cuter than yours.”

Kennedy: What do you call this store?
Aunt Kathy: Harmons
Kennedy: No, it’s Har  Mons
Aunt Kathy: Yes, but we pronouce it Harmons.
Kennedy: Well, I’m learning German and it’s Har Mons
Aunt Kathy: Who is teaching you German?
Kennedy: Werner
Aunt Kathy: That’s cool.
Kennedy: Well, he’s not actually teaching me German, I’m just learning it.
